School Scout continuously monitors parent user behaviour, including Scout AI conversations. This provides insights, which are shared with partner schools, into what searches parents are making to find schools and submit enquiries. With this unique feature schools are able to track effectiveness of their marketing and use real results to help shape future activity.
Direct Enquiries
Partner schools are able to publish their open day dates and receive direct enquiries from families using School Scout. Enquiries are shared with nominated school contacts by email, with messages also stored in each partner school’s account profile for ease of management and reporting.
